Good morning!
If you plan to participate in either Richmond or Washington seminars, please
let me know so I can share that with Tracy. You can also contact either
Derek for Richmond, or Deepa for Washington seminar directly, but please
copy me so I can help track who from this area will be helping out.
I know it's a busy time, but please note that both of these events are just
around the corner, so it is important to let your interests known right
away. If you want to go to Richmond, the affiliate will support you, so
don't let cost deter you in any way.
Meanwhile I hope everyone is enjoying a lovely holiday season!

Subject: Help with participation with Washington & Richmond Seminar
Happy Holidays Chapter and Division Presidents,
I am writing to remind you to encourage your chapter and division members to
attend the 2018 Richmond and Washington Seminars.
We have important issues that will require strong participation. In
particular, we seek broad participation across the state so we can request
appointments stating we will have constituents.
While we have 2 Legislative co-chairs, they are dividing up the
responsibility between themselves. Deepa is responsible for Washington
Seminar. Derek is responsible for Richmond Seminar.
As you know who is attending, please let Deepa and I know for Washington
Seminar. She is pursuing appointments and it really helps to state we have a
constituent attending.
As you know who is attending, please let Derek and I know for Richmond
Seminar. Richmond seminar is really quite soon and we will need to know who
is coming to build out our teams.
Hotel deadlines are really very fast so do not delay. Since the affiliate
pays for Richmond seminar transport, we expect chapter president to work to
define affordable options for Richmond Seminar transport. If you need
assistance, please ask.
If you need assistance, do not hesitate to contact me
Wishing you a happy and healthy holiday season,
