stakeholders and key participants to provide a brief update on the second
round of public outreach. This round of outreach has focused on two draft
bus network concepts - the "Ridership" Concept and the "Coverage" Concept -
which were designed to facilitate a transit policy discussion by
illustrating two very different approaches to the future design of the
Alexandria bus network. Thank you to everyone on this list that has sent us
feedback or participated in the numerous community meetings, pop-up events,
leadership briefings, meetings with community groups and online survey over
the last two months.

For those that have not yet been able to provide feedback or would like to
make additional comments, DASH and City staff will be conducting two public
hearings over the next two weeks at the regularly-scheduled meetings of the
City of Alexandria's Transportation Commission on April 17th, and the ATC
(DASH) Board of Directors on May 8th:

Wednesday, April 17th - 7:00 PM

Transportation Commission Meeting

City Hall - Council Work Room, 2nd Floor

301 King Street, Alexandria, VA, 223111

Wednesday, May 8th - 5:30 PM

ATC Board of Directors Meeting

City Hall - Council Work Room, 2nd Floor

301 King Street, Alexandria, VA, 223111

Both meetings will include a brief presentation from DASH and City staff
summarizing outreach to date and next steps, followed by public comments and
board/commission discussion.

Additionally, the ATV project team has developed the attached FAQ document,
which addresses a number of the common questions, concerns and
misconceptions that have been identified during the outreach campaign.
