<p class="MsoNormal">Reminder that there will be no goalball practice this Saturday at Columbia Heights, but there are several other fun activities going on this week.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">First, our first Big Blind Poker Night in some time will be taking place Today, Tuesday, October 23, starting at 6 PM at Buffalo Billiards at 1330 19th St. NW. There will be braille and large print cards, tactile poker chips, and prizes
for the top finishers. This event is open to everyone, whether you are blind or not, so bring your friends! Remember that this is a fundraiser for our Metro Washington Association of Blind Athletes (MWABA) program, so if you’d like to be part of the fun,,
please pay $20 in advance using Venmo or by donating on our website, or you can pay when you arrive. And please share the event far and wide via Facebook:

<p class="MsoNormal">Next, we have several Metro Association of Blind Athletes (MWABA) members participating with Team Achilles in the Marine Corps Marathon or the Marine Corps 10k this Sunday, October 28. To congratulate them for their accomplishments in finishing
the race, we will hold a celebratory post-race brunch at Union Pub, located at 201 Massachusetts Ave. NE, beginning at 11 AM. Because Michelob Ultra is a sponsor of Achilles, this brunch event will be a partnership with Michelob, and several brunch specials
will be available. Come have some brunch and support your fellow blind athletes this Sunday at Union Pub!<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Last but not least, there is still time to sign up for the next indoor rock climbing clinic with Catalyst Sports, which will take place this Sunday, October 28 from 4:30-6:30 PM. The climbing clinic is held at Sportrock in Alexandria, right
across the street from the Eisenhower metro station, and if you’d like to participate, you should email Catalyst director Judith Erger at
