Library Agencies (ASGCLA). Ms. Charlson is being honored for her strong commitment to inclusion and empowerment, her tireless efforts on the passage of the Marrakesh Treaty for the Visually Impaired, and her life-long passion for bringing the joy of reading
to all.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

the production of accessible works and their cross-border exchange. Kim’s advocacy for this important effort has been front and center and reflects how steady and reasoned dialog can make an impact on services that will benefit millions of people around the
