Hello all,

Michael Kasey will serve as the point of contact for our work regarding the
Governor's plan to consolidate the Department for the Blind into the general
rehabilitation agency.  Michael's email address is

I would like to have as many Federationists as possible call their members
of the House of Delegates and express opposition to the Governor's
consolidation plan.  If you get any indication from your Delegate or Senator
one way or the other, please let Michael know right away.  We need to move
very, very quickly on this.
