Mark Roane, our Virginia state Treasurer has worked closely with Virginia Tech's Blind Car Challenge.  He will explain what the blind car challenge is.  How did it begin?  What does this mean for the blind?  How does the car work?  He will be there to answer any questions you may have.  This promises to be another exciting and informative call!
