It is almost time for the 2010 Convention of the National Federation of the Blind to be held in Dallas, Texas the week of July 3 through July 8, 2010.

This event is the largest of its kind and can be very overwhelming to those who have never attended one before. For six full days (days and nights) nearly 2,500 blind people, their friends, and families gather together to learn about the latest issues and technologies affecting the blind.

In order to assist first-timers (and not so first-timers) get the most out of their convention experience, the below leaders in the Virginia NFB have offered to make themselves available during convention to answer questions and help in any way to make this convention the best ever.

If you have general questions about convention or very specific ones about particular events, give them a call. We wouldn't want you to miss anything that might be of interest to you.
