The Sunday, March 14 edition of the Washington Post includes an obituary for
our dear friend, Seville Allen.  The article reads in part:


Leader in national federation of blind. Seville Allen, 65, a longtime leader
in the National Federation of the Blind, who served on state panels in
Virginia and worked to improve employment opportunities for blind and
disabled workers, died Feb. 23 at HCR Manor Care in Arlington County.
