Greetings all,

I wanted to take a moment to congratulate the Fairfax Chapter on its twelfth
anniversary. I have had the pleasure of being a member of the Chapter since
its beginning and value all it has been able to achieve. So, with that said,
congratulations to President Bailey and all the members and happy birthday
to the Fairfax Chapter.
