Hello all -- 

 

There will be 3 Proposed Constitutional Amendments on the November 2, 2010
General Election Ballot.  The law requires that the State Board of Elections
print and make available brochures and posters that explain each proposed
constitutional amendment.  

 

While DBVI is not required under the law to provide this information to
consumers, the SBE has made the brochures available to DBVI should staff be
interested in doing so. 

 

Attached, please find an electronic copy of the poster and brochures for the
3 proposed constitutional amendments.  The documents are JAWS accessible.  I
am sending printed brochures and a poster to reach regional office.  If
