Christopher M. Fountain VIRGINIA BEACH - Christopher Michael
"Ponce"
Fountain marched onto the field of heaven July 11, 2011. Ponce
now drums for the
greatest drum major of all. Born May 24, 1979, Ponce never let
life's
challenges best him; he always yearned to live his life to the
fullest. His
interests included music, sports, comedy and scouting. Ponce
earned scouting's
greatest honor, Eagle Scout with two Palms and was a member of
the National
Eagle Scout Association. After high school, he marched with
Drum Corps
International. Ponce graduated from TCC with honors and was
currently
attending ODU working towards a Bachelor of Arts in human
services. He recently
attended the Virginia School for the Blind and Visually Impaired
and was a
Virginia recipient of a National Federation of the Blind
scholarship in 2011.
Ponce loved following sports, being a big fan of the Detroit
Lions, Detroit
Tigers, Detroit Red Wings and the _University of Michigan_

notorious. He
challenged all of us and the rest of the world to get out of his
way and let
him achieve what he wanted and knew he could achieve. Ponce

Virginia Beach;
his brother, Nathan and sister-in-law Leslie; nephews, Tosh and
