As you will see below, the Workforce Investment Act which 
contains changes to the Rehabilitation Act will be marked up by 
the Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee Wednesday 
afternoon.  We need as many Federationists as possible to attend.  
Please let me know as quickly as you can if you will be able to 
attend the meeting.

The Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pension 
will mark up the Workforce Investment Act on Wednesday, June 29 
at 4:30 p.m.  in Room 106 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building, 
Constitution Avenue and 1st Street NE, Washington, DC 20002.  It 
is critical that we have a substantial number of people in the 
room when this vote occurs.  Please recruit as many members from 
your affiliate as possible to attend this meeting.  In order to 
help ensure that our members are able to get into the meeting 
room, we should be in line no later than 2:00 p.m.  Please
