Hi Fred, Michael
Thanks for announcing the next meeting of the At Large Chapter meeting.  I 
will not be able to attend the Board meeting on the 5th, but please tell 
those in attendance that the At Large Capter is alive and well and meeting 
monthly.  I will also be calling on some of our members to talk about 
certain aspects of the NFBV.
