At our recent quarterly meeting of Virginia Affiliate Board of Directors ,
held on Sunday, January 27th, 2013, in conjunction with our NFBV 2013
Richmond Seminar and visits with the Virginia General Assembly, NFBV
President Fred Schroeder requested that Virginia affiliate be represented
atthe the "Cash and Carry" meeting, held in conjunction with the currently
in progress NFB 2013 Washington Seminar .
That additional meeting, a new initiative to develop and implement new
funding means and innovative state affiliate and national organization
interaction, was held on Monday afternoon, February 4th, from noon until
three o'clock, prior to the Great Gathering In at the Washington Seminar.
The below should be self explanatory.
many of you will have already received this information from other sources
on the blindness quiz, and how your participation, and that of others, will
help to benefit and continue to build the NFb national programming and
organization.
However, even if this is a duplication to you, please pardon, as we were
charged at the meeting to try to promote as widely as possible, thus
distribution to Virginia-Announce.
Please see below details if you wish to participate.
Thank you.
