[Nfbv-announce] Reimbursement Requests

Good afternoon all,
Attached is a copy of our affiliates Reimbursement Request Form for your use.  Just to reiterate our affiliate policy, to be reimbursed for any affiliate related expense approval is required from President Schroeder AND receipts MUST be turned in with your request.  Without both of these things I am not able to issue a check.
Thank you for helping me to turn around requests as quickly as possible.
