[Nfbv-announce] Advice on Accessing the White House Petition Link

Please remember to go to the White House website and sign the petition on
the treaty for books for the blind. The following advice comes from Ed
Kenlon: 

Depending on what browser folks are using, the best way to get the entire
link to behave correctly is to copy all the way to the end of the URL where
the last three letters one hears is "Vph" and then copy all that is
selected. Then paste into a fresh browser window. That process ensures
success almost always. 

I share this because you didn't send out a bad link earlier. Some email
clients wrap or break the URL across two display lines on the screen. The
second line is seldom regarded as a continuation of the preceding line and
the link becomes broken and non-functional.
