Hello fellow Federationists,

As our state convention is rapidly approaching, it is time for resolutions.
So far, I have only received one resolution, and this just will not do.
Please draft up and send me your resolutions electronically no later then
the 21st. If you would rather bring your resolution to convention, it must
be in hard-copy Brill format.  Looking forward to Another exciting
