Good evening all,
Well, convention is fast approaching and I wanted to pass along some information regarding tickets for various functions.
First, the trolley tour of Olde Towne Fredericksburg has been cancelled because we did not reach the number of participants required by the trolley company.  All who had purchased tickets for the trolley tour will receive a full refund by check after convention.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
Finally, some logistics regarding tickets for all other functions.  Everyone that pre registered will have a ticket package in their name ready to pick up at the convention registration desk.  All tickets in the packet are the size of a business card but are distinguishable both visually and tactily.  The ticket for the Friday night hospitality reception has a small hole punched in the upper right corner, the Saturday Box Lunch Ticket has the upper right corner clipped off and the Saturday night Banquet ticket is a standard card.  Remember, that the banquet ticket may be exchanged for a reserved table number by turning in the ticket in your pre registration packet for a reserved table ticket.  Banquet tables will accommodate 8 people.  For those who have not registered yet, tickets are available for sale at the convention registration desk but you need to act as soon as possible to guarantee that we can accommodate you.
