Good Afternoon,

I am excited to be handling the volunteers for the contact table this year
and am looking for some people to assist me. Don't worry at all about
missing your name for that door prize or the all important events. The table
is located at the back of the meeting place and enables all volunteers to
still attend each.

Your help in participating as a volunteer allows you to connect with many
different individuals. People can be in need of assistance and advocacy for
children or help locating the closest NFB chapter which is definitely the
place we want them to be. This year we want to be better than ever and we
will be helping Dr. Schroeder with the "PAC 100" plan. A list of current
members will be available and information for anyone who is interested in
signing up.

If you're interested in volunteering, your job is to collect names, contact
info, and short notes as to what the people coming to the table are
inquiring about. After your shift, I will collect these and you can feel
free to have them in electronic format, Braille, or print. I need 2 people
per shift and would love for people to volunteer for time slots of an hour
