Good evening members and friends,

 

Each year the Chapter Presidents and Division Leaders are to provide to the
Virginia Affiliate President a listing of members with their contact
information.  So we may prepare for the Richmond and Washington Seminars
this year we ask that each of you include your congressional Representative
(in U.S. Congress) as well as Richmond General Assembly representatives
)Virginia Delegate and Virginia Senator).  When your Chapter President asks
you for this and other details about yourself, please provide them promptly.
We need every one of you together for our success.  The information
requested will include:

Name, address, home, mobile and work  phone numbers, email addresses,
birthday (day and month), Chapter name, Virginia Delegate and  Senator, U.S.
Representative in Congress.  We appreciate if you would provide this
information to your Chapter President by the end of December. If you have
questions, please ask us.
