Braille literacy has always been a cornerstone mission of our organization. For years, the National Federation of the Blind of Virginia has been pushing for the rights of vision impaired children to receive training in Braille as a necessity towards them achieving full participation.





Below are links to a public access television program hosted by Delegate Ken Plum. He interviews then Potomac Chapter President Tracy Soforenko and President of the 
Fairfax Chapter John Bailey about the necessity of learning Braille and that training should start as early as possible.
