[Nfbv-announce] Calling Washington seminar attendees

Happy new year everyone. Washington seminar appointments are being scheduled as we speak and I am looking for members of our organization who can be made available to come help us on the hill.I do not have a firm appointment times for your congressman as most offices won't even consider throwing out dates until the first week of January. With all appointments should occur either Tuesday the 27th or on Wednesday the 28th.

If you are planning to attend, please reply back with a date or dates you are planning to attend as well as if you know what district you are from.I will begin crafting a schedule once I get half of the appointment scheduled and will build teams based on experience as well as how many meetings we have back to back.

Many of you have asked whether or not there are specific legislative initiatives we are speaking on this year. The answer is yes and no.knowing that we do not have the finalize fact sheets and I am told by our governmental affairs office we should see them by the end of this week. Yes and that you can be assured that we will be talking about Highridge occasion accessibility and fair wages under a new name.

I will need to know if you are planning to attend by January 15 and I will hopefully have most of the appointments scheduled by that date as well.I will do my very best to make sure that your date is the same time as your Congress person but please know they change things last minute and sometimes we have to go on the fly. If you have no preference as to the dates. That is fine as well.
