Fellow Virginia Federationists:

 

After Friday, October 16 at 5:00 PM, the westin will not hold rooms at the
enormously discounted NFB of Virginia rate. We expect this convention to be
our biggest ever. It will be a bummer when you can't get a room because you
didn't act by Friday, October 16. Do not delay to receive our special room
rate of $79 + tax per night for the evenings of October 29 - October 31,
2015. The cut-off date to take advantage of this special room rate is
Friday, October 16, 2015 at 5:00 P.M.

 

The 2015 NFB of Virginia convention, is Scheduled for October 30,- November
1 in Falls church, VA.

 

A) Hotel Reservations

The convention will be held at:

To make hotel reservations, call central reservations at (888) 627-8970 and
use code NSJ29A or the hotel directly at (703) 893-1340. Special room rates
have been negotiated for registered convention attendee's. When you call the
hotel, make sure to tell them that you are attending the convention so that
you will receive the special convention rate. The deadline to make hotel
reservations is Friday, October 16, 2015. After the deadline, there is no
guarantee that you will get a room at the convention hotel.

Convention registration is now available via phone, web, or paper form. Act
by October 16 to get the best prices and be entered into a $100 raffle.
