John Bailey

 

John has worn many hats in the federation and he is now President of the Fairfax Chapter as well as Chairman of the affiliate's Communications Committee.

 

John has traveled Eastern Europe alone for the American Embassy  teaching former Communists about modern management techniques. He has also  made a 3 state trek in order to attend a Fire Walking class where he not only learned to walk across 1200 degree coals. John also learned to  walk across shards of glass and broke an arrow by pressing the tip against his throat and applying pressure.

John will be talking about some of his travel adventures and what problem solving techniques he has used.  John discovered early that a blind person can travel wherever he/she wants to go. He will give examples of some of the challenges he has faced and their solutions.
