Dear NFBV Chapter Presidents,

In our discussion of Washington Seminar, we will be asking each chapter to provide a final list of members attending the seminar on January 25-28. This is to help us optimize appointments such that constituents are meeting with their elected Congressmen and Congresswomen. We very much appreciate your help in making Washington Seminar one of the most effective means of bringing about change on behalf of blind Virginians.
