[Nfbv-announce] Make lots of new friends

Hi All,
Beginning of a new month and a great time to remind everyone that you should be sending all your chapter meeting notices, special event reports, and and even member birthday announcements to social media.

Here is how. 
* Want it on our NFBV.org website? Send it to Cathy at Cathy at sks.com. Note: Send it to Cathy as far ahead of time as possible.
* Send your photos to be posted on Facebook to Kris at foleyforever at gmail.com. 
* Send your text announcements to Brian at brnmccnn at gmail.com to get on Facebook.
* Got photos and tweets to go out? Send those to Robert at rob.parso3389 at gmail.com.
* Want it to go out on the NFBV-ANNOUNCE list, Newsline, or on our Youtube page? send that to me at john_bailey17 at hotmail.com.


Another reminder.
Assume that the messages your going to send out are going out to people who have no clue who you or your chapter are. So, it is better to include too much info than too little. Here is a list of what should be in your announcements.

* Create a  subject line or title that will both describe the event and make people want to read more.
* Include all dates and locations (in full).
* Please include your title and contact info.
* Let us know where you would like your announcement posted. (Facebook, Twitter, Newsline, etc.)
* Include a link to our NFBV webpage so people won’t have to hunt for us.
* We also have a Youtube page for videos. Send that to us also.
* And, give Cathy plenty of time before the event to post your doings on our website.
