Hi Virginia Federationists & Guests,

Please join us for a western-themed evening of fellowship, fun, music,
snacks and beverages. If you have a cowboy or cowgirl hat, boots or belt
feel free to wear them. The important thing is that . Y'all just come on in.


 

When: Friday, November 3, 7:00 - 10:00 PM

Where: Westin Hotel Tyson's, Oaks 1.

 

IF YOU REGISTER FOR CONVENTION on or before Friday evening, November 3rd,
you will receive a ticket for the 2017 western themed Convention
hospitality.

 

Our Hospitality Committee has worked hard to ensure a great time but it will
be even better if you are there to enjoy the festivities.
