Hi Fellow Federationists:

Our 2017 State Convention is fast approaching and we are endeavoring to make your transportation needs as convenient as possible. We have secured a proposal for an affordable charter bus from the same company we used in 2016.

The transportation would be available Sunday November 5th leaving from the Westin Tyson's Corner between 1:30 and 2:00 pm. The bus would make stops at the Fredericksburg Hospitality House at 2801 Plank Road, Fredericksburg, In Richmond at the Wendy's at 5212 Brook Road, In Williamsburg at the Wal-Mart at 731 E. Rochambeau Drive, At the Hampton Independence Center at 2021 Cunningham Drive and finally ending at Endependence Center Inc. at 6300 E. Virginia Beach Blvd in Norfolk, VA.

Regardless of your destination, the cost of this one way trip is $40. However, you would be leaving directly from the hotel after convention and not having to get to a train or bus station.

We need to ensure we have sufficient interest before committing to the bus company.

If interested, please contact me, Earl Everett, to secure your seat. We need response by September 29 to make a decision on the bus so secure your convenient Sunday, November 5 transportation today.

If enough members are interested then we can proceed and you will receive further information. I need to know no later than Friday, September 29th if we are to make this happen.

Thank You for your time.
