[Nfbv-announce] FX Chapter meeting: Redefining blindness discussion

Does blindness define a person, or does the person define blindness?  The role being vision impaired plays in a person's life is constantly changing depending on many factors.  At our next NFB of Fairfax Chapter meeting on Thursday June 21, we will share our thoughts on challenges we as people who are blind face and explore ideas on how to overcome these challenges.

In addition to sharing strategies, tools and resources, Tracy Soforenko, NFB of Virginia president will provide us information on the NFB philosophy.  Please plan to join us for a thought provoking meeting.

With all of the sharing of information that will be taking place, you are guaranteed to leave with at least one strategy or resource that will help you conquer a challenge that you have experienced.
