[Nfbv-announce] Magazine article on VRCBVI

Hello all,

Attached is a great article on The Virginia Rehabilitation Center for the
Blind and Vision Impaired (VRCBVI) that appeared in Discover Richmond
magazine.  We should all be proud of the positive influence that VRCBVI is
having on the lives of blind and vision impaired Virginians.
