Hi Virginia Federationists,

The next board meeting of the National Federation of the Blind of Virginia is Saturday, May 19. The meeting will be held on the Virginia DBVI campus in the Large Conference Room in the Library & Resource Center.

Date: Saturday, May 19

Time: 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Location: Library and Resource Center Conference Room on the Virginia DBVI Campus

Highlights of the agenda include:

Project RISE Updates
Code of Conduct
The 2018 National Convention where we serve on the Host Committee
The Southeast Regional Student Seminar
The NFB of Virginia Team at the NFB Six Dot Dash in Baltimore
Committee and Division Updates
 

The agenda will even include a few exciting surprises.

Finally, the Virginia Association of Blind Students (VABS) has arranged for an affordable lunch available at the meeting break as described in a message last week.
