If you are a CLI participant, please expect a separate email tomorrow
morning with additional details for your agenda.

 

For everyone in general, please find enclosed a copy of the affiliate
reimbursement form in case you've lost your copy.

If you experience any difficulties with your reservation, please email me
and let me know before or after the event. I know many of you have my
number, but I would rather you email me so I can more easily access your
details and deal with the hotel more efficiently.

 

Remember, your key card may be deactivated Tuesday at noon. If you plan on
checking out late, you may want to visit the front desk to have your card
recoded if you want to keep your luggage in your room.
