> We are thrilled to share that Jennifer Kennedy, the new director of our NFB Training Center in Minneapolis will be joining us at our convention. Jennifer is a fabulous role model sharing our positive philosophy on blindness and a motivating force in blindness skills education. For many years, Jennifer taught orientation and mobility at the Virginia Rehabilitation Center for the Blind and Vision Impaired and also served as Richmond Chapter President. We look forward to hearing about her plans to further innovate at BLIND Inc. We are excited that our friend has made visiting the Virginia convention a priority for her during her first year in this new role.
> Jennifer will also be a part of many of the workshops and seminars scattered throughout the convention agenda.
>
> This is just one more reason why you need to act today (before the October 8 deadline) to secure your hotel reservation and register to take advantage of pre-registration pricing.
