[NFBV-Announce] Winchester chapter announces

Hopefully this message gets to the list. I am a member a longtime member of the Winchester chapter and I was walking through the Jim Barnett Park the other day and I found at the top of the hill our park bench that we donated to the Winchester Parks. It has a plaque on the bench that says National Federation of the blind on the top line and not second line it says in memory of her founding president Amy Barnes. In the third picture I'm attaching is of me sitting on the bench. The first two pictures are up bench self. Where is Lee enough out of the three branches that are now on the walking past, only one is up a Civic organization in the other to our parks Foundation.
