Hey NFB Family and Friends,

The weather is getting cooler, the leaves are changing and pumpkin stuff
abounds, yeah! While you're sipping your warm apple cider, make sure you've
registered for our State Convention. The deadline to register and receive
the highly reduced rates is October 10th.time is running out! Go to
NFBV.org/convention to register.

Kudos Corner.

BEAM is happening and many chapters are participating in events! Please let
us know what your chapter is doing so we may cheer you on!

The Greater Williamsburg, Peninsula and Tidewater Chapters are walking
together, yet in their own areas, on Saturday, October 15th. Give their
members a big yippee!

Spotlight On.

I have received donated items from the Winchester Chapter, Evelyn Valdez and
the Soforenko's...however, I still need more, More, MORE!

I'm calling on you, the leaders in the NFBV, to come forth with an item for
the auction.  I have approximately 10 items now and need another 25.

I can't wait to see my old friends and make new ones at this first live
convention in years!  We need to support Silver Bells and we need to get
