Correction included, please read. Are YOU up for a Murder Mystery? Feeling
Sleuth-y?

Well
let me tell you! This is not just your run-of-the-mill, ho-hum,
the-butler-did-it-murder mystery! OH, NO-SIR-EE! THIS, my friends, is a
murder mystery to top all murder mysteries! Wait ‘till you hear the title—

THE GREAT BRITISH BUMP-OFF!

Hosted by THE GREATER ALEXANDRIA CHAPTER!! Ha, ha! We couldn’t have
planned that one any better if we tried!

Here is a glimpse into the action –

The scene of the Great British Bump Off is the tent in a field in Welford
Park, the existing house a private residence built on the site of a
monastery in Newbury and belonging to the same family for 400 years.

“Tension is high inside the big white tent because it’s time for this year’s
bakers to face judgment and elimination. But wait! Stop those timers! Our
esteemed judge, Shaw G. Bottom, has just been discovered dead in the judge’s
tent. The bread round just turned into the dead round.”

OOOOO! Doesn’t that sound juicy! Now here is the scoop:

The Greater Alexandria Chapter is hosting this crazy fun murder mystery to
help us raise money for the Latin Fiesta Hospitality Night at the NFB of
Virginia State Convention! We want to put on the absolute best in
hospitality nights for the members of our Affiliate, and the bottom line is
quickly rising way above sea level! We need your help, NFB of Virginia
Family!

Our Murder Mystery night is Thursday, September 29th from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00
p.m., this coming Thursday! We ask that you zoom in just a few minutes
early to be ready to go promptly at start time.

The cost to attend this Murder Mystery EXTRAVAGANZA is $10.00. If you can,
and the spirit moves you, please feel free to kick in a little extra for the
Latin Fiesta Hospitality night!

We prefer that you use our ZELLE account and send your payment using our
email address: NFBVGAC1 at GMAIL.COM <mailto:NFBVGAC1 at GMAIL.COM>

If you absolutely cannot send your payment using ZELLE, then go ahead and
send it to our PayPal account using the same email address,
<mailto:NFBVGAC1 at GMAIL.COM> NFBVGAC1 at GMAIL.COM

The deadline to pay for this exciting night of sleuthing is Wednesday,
September 28th, by 11:59 p.m. On Thursday morning, I will send out the link
for the Murder Mystery Night to all who have paid to attend. It is your key
to the most fun you will have this side of Christmas!

Please let me know if you have any questions or need any information!

Hope to see you on the 29th!
