Hey NFB  Family and Friends,

Please read below and join your friends! A celebration of the Fairfax
Chapter's 25th Anniversary and an informative meeting of the Tidewater
Chapter where you'll learn about VDBI.

The Fairfax Chapter of the NFBV is 25, and we want you to celebrate with us.

Special appearance by Ice Woman.  You don't want to miss this!  You will
have to be there to believe it!

President Tracy Soforenko will be speaking at 7:30pm to recognize this mile
stone of the Chapter

The Combinations Are Endless!

ITALIAN ICE and Cream Ice - Refreshing and Smooth.  

If you've never tried our signature classic Italian Ice, we think you'll
find it puts the snow cone to shame. Much smoother, made with real fruit,
and is gluten, peanut & Fat-Free. It's served daily within 36 hours of
making. 

"Cream Ice" is our Italian Ice with a dairy additive to make it creamy,
smooth, silky, and full of indulgent flavors. One taste and you'll soon
forget all about its lesser counterpart. 

Frozen Custard 

In a cone or bowl.  Waffle cones & bowls are available for an additional
charge.

Our smooth, creamy Old Fashioned Frozen Custard is sure to make your mouth
happy. 

Note 1:  Flavors of Italian Ice, "Cream Ice" and sugar-free ice change
daily. See the daily list for availability or ask the server.

Note 2:  Our non-cream Italian Ices are peanut, gluten, dairy, and fat-free.

Note 3:  "Cream Ice" has a dairy base.

Menu of Frozen Treats

Italian Ice or "Cream Ice" in a cup. Choose your favorite flavor or Mix and
match flavors.

Custard in a cake cone, waffle cone, waffle bowl, or regular bowl.  

Sundae - Frozen Custard, 2 toppings of your choice, and whipped cream topped
with a cherry. Order in a regular or waffle bowl.  

Gelati - Layers of Frozen Custard and Italian Ice.

MISTO SHAKE- Italian Ice and Frozen Custard blended into a creamy drink.  

MILKSHAKE - An old favorite made new again with our award-winning Italian
Ice. Contains dairy. Whipped cream & cherry included.

BLENDINI R - Our Italian Ice blended with our Frozen custard and one of your
Favorite Toppings.

CONCRETE - Frozen custard, one of your Favorite Toppings Blended to
Perfection, and the center filled with hot fudge, Carmel, strawberry or
peanut butter.

CONCRETES & BLENDINIS can be stuffed with hot fudge, caramel, peanut butter
sauce, or strawberry topping

Frozen Drinks  

Turn your favorite flavors of Italian Ice into a refreshing custom frozen
beverage. Ask about our limited frozen lemonade options as well.

This is a friendly reminder about our upcoming Tidewater Chapter meeting
this Saturday, August 19, 2023 from 2-3:45 PM.  

Greetings everyone, 

I hope that all of you are having a good summer.  If you live anywhere in
Hampton Roads and are receiving service or are interested in the services
provided by the Virginia Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired
(DBVI), this is the meeting to attend!  Our speaker for our next meeting is
Ms. Kacie Mcintyre, Regional Manager for the Norfolk Regional Office of
DBVI.  This will be a good chance to find out specifically what services
DBVI provides and have your questions answered.  The meeting will take place
on Saturday, August 19, 2023 from 2:00-3:45 PM both in person at the Mary B.
Pretlow Anchor Branch Library, Meeting Room 1, 111 West Ocean View Ave.,
Norfolk, Virginia 23503.  The room has a capacity of 50 people.  The meeting
will also be available via Zoom.  Zoom details are below:
