Hello Friends of Silver BELLS and our NFB Family and Friends!

 

We've got an exciting event going on via Zoom this coming Saturday, November
23rd, and we hope you will Zoom In!

What:                    It's a Virtual Exercise Class - tailored for
EVERYONE!

What you need:     A chair without arms to be able to move arms and legs
freely;

                             A towel to use for stretches;

                             Comfy clothes;

                             A positive attitude! 

 

When:                   Saturday, November 23rd, 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Instructor:   Bill Kociaba, Personal Trainer.  This will be a highly
interactive session.  Bill will spend some time learning from participants
about any                                       possible barriers to doing
exercise, like knee or back problems, balance, etc. and then suggest some
things they can do to work with that.
