Hello everyone,

 

The Renaissance reports we are well past our contracted room block. In fact,
they were kind enough to move back the inventory a few times before they
could no longer accommodate me.

 

Moving forward, you will have to find the next best available rate, and if
you take this approach, you will need to act fast because the hotel is
likely to be completely booked.

 

I, may, be able to take reservation cancelations and preserve the group rate
for a reservation transfer, but please don't bank on that being a certainty.
I'll do what I can for you, but I used up all my good will with the staff
just to get the extensions that we did.
