We're coming down to the wire! There is so much information everyone wants
you to know so you'll have the best experience ever at our State Convention!
Please read these important updates and new information. Stay in the know!

 

We have two tickets available for the Nauticus Maritime Discovery Center and
Battleship Wisconsin Tour. It is Friday November 1 at 1:00 PM with a return
to the convention hotel between 5:00 and 5:30 PM. Tickets are $47.00 each
but price is negotiable. Call Bonnie O'Day at 703 965-2501 if interested.

Fellow Federationists,

 

It's hard to believe that our convention will occur in less than two weeks!

 

I am writing to remind everyone to contribute the BEST door prizes we've
ever had at a state convention! We already have some GREAT ones!

 

Please read and pay attention to this friendly reminder so that all prize
donors will receive proper recognition and the process of getting door
prizes to me will run smoothly.

 

* On each door prize, I Must have a Braille description so I can let
everyone in the audience know what each prize is, and give recognition to
each donor.

 

You can get the prizes to me in one of the following ways:

* 1. If the prize is an email gift card or certificate, please send it to me
at sdprost at cox.net <mailto:sdprost at cox.net> . In the subject line or message
body, please write the type of gift card or certificate and its monetary
value. I Must receive these emails no later than Tuesday, October 29th!

 

* 2. Call me at 757-373-7271 so we can make arrangements at the convention
for me to get prizes from you.

 

* 3. Drop off prizes at the information desk and I can get them from the
people there.

 

Do NOT drop prizes at registration.

 

I want to thank each person who has volunteered to be a runner. I appreciate
each of you doing this important job.

 

I'm looking forward to a great convention, and to giving out some awesome
door prizes!

Hello Federation family,

It's the Winchester chapter reaching out to everybody across the state. How
would you like to win $500 plus a possibility for 12 other additional
prizes?

The Winchester Chapter Member's will be on site during the convention and we
will be offering raffle tickets at the cost of $10 each.

You Will find attached the additional prizes in the attached document.

The money that is raised will provide scholarships for kindergarten through
12th grade and a college student.

The drawing will take place on November 2, 2024 during the state convention.
You do not have to be present to win.

If you are the winner you will be contacted directly. So don't miss your
chance in this opportunity to raise money for a good cause.
