Friday
Friday afternoon, explore your future possibilities at our Possibilities
Resource Fair. Learn about low vision technology and examine several
different cell phone options with actual buttons instead of flat screens.

devices.

Saturday
You are cordially invited to join the Silver BELLS staff and alumni
Saturday for an afternoon of activities and empowerment in our inaugural
Making Your Silver Years Golden: Wellness and Happiness Moments. Get ready
to sweat it to the oldies while participating in chair aerobics and yoga
breaks and show off your backhand form (or learn how to swing a backhand)
with active blind senior’s presentations including blind tennis and
self-defense. Prepare yourself for an afternoon of physical, mental, and
financial well-being brought to you by local and affiliate resources, and
so much more. There will be a meeting for sighted spouses and family
members Saturday afternoon for guidance, networking, and support.
To reserve a room, contact the Portsmouth-Renaissance Hotel directly at
