[NFBV-Announce] NFBV May 17 Board of Directors Meeting - New Venue

As announced in January, we needed to seek a new venue and date for the May
NFBV Board meeting. We are pleased to announce the details for our Saturday,
May 17, 2025 National Federation of the Blind of Virginia Board of Directors
meeting. This meeting is open to all. Please contact me if you have agenda
items for the meeting.

 

Please note the new location in Richmond which will be unfamiliar to many.

 

Date/Time: Saturday, May 17, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Location: 

Immanuel Baptist Church

Mizpah  Room

3601 Monument Avenue

Richmond, VA.

 

We are grateful to Melody and Mark Roane for helping us secure this venue
and to Immanuel Baptist Church for their generosity.

 

The best place to park and closest to the Mizpah Room is the south parking
lot.  There will be signage to direct people to the Mizpah Room.

People are welcome to arrive between Noon and 1:00 PM.

If you are seeking a restaurant before or after the meeting, the Carytown
neighborhood is approximately 1 mile from the church.

We look forward to having you join us for the meeting,
