[NFBV-Announce] Volunteer Opportunity: Join Us as Zoom Coordinator for NFB of Virginia

Hey NFB Family and Friends,

 

The National Federation of the Blind of Virginia is seeking a part-time
volunteer Zoom Coordinator to support our affiliate's meetings and events.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the
scenes to ensure smooth and accessible gatherings.

The Zoom Coordinator will work closely with our Membership Committee and
will:

*	Track and schedule use of the affiliate's Zoom account
*	Resolve conflicts in availability and serve as host when needed
*	Coordinate breakout rooms for special events
*	Set up polls and adjust Zoom settings before and during meetings
*	Record meetings and provide audio or transcript files upon request
*	Troubleshoot issues and research solutions as they arise
*	Oversee access controls and maintain security of the account

This is a volunteer position, requiring a small but consistent time
commitment, and offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to the work of
our affiliate.
