Hello NFB Family and Friends,

 

We invite you to join Your Journey Through Blindness, a welcoming virtual space specifically for individuals who are blind or low vision and their families and friends.

These meetings are designed to bring people together in a positive, confidential, judgment-free environment. Whether you want to share your story, ask questions, or simply listen, you belong here.

What to Expect:

*	💡 Share practical tips, tricks, and helpful resources.
*	🎉 Celebrate triumphs and talk through daily challenges.
*	🗣 Speak openly and be heard in a supportive, respectful space.

Meeting Schedule (2026)

All meetings take place from 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM on the 2nd Monday of the month.

Each month we have a micro topic, a topic of interest, to start our discussions. This month we will talk about what do I do as I’m losing my sight? Learn about resources for the blind and low vision and get answers to your questions (do I need a white cane? Where do I get one? How will I use my phone? Will I have to be dependent on my family and any other burning questions you may have!)
