State convention? The heck? We haven't even gotten past National Convention,
you damn fool!

Well, yes, this is true, but Stewart, Kandace, Tracy and others are already
hard at work planning for the next biggest gathering and celebration closer
to home.

Funny thing, convention planning. We're never going to get it perfect, but
if you click on this here link and pitch your ideas, we just might get
pretty dang close.

Half the equation for success is you showing up. The other half is you
serving up ideas for programming no later than August 11.

You know what they say about politics? If you're eligible to vote, and
don't, you kind of lose a little steam in the complaint department. Well,
this is kind of similar. If you don't seize the opportunity to let your
voice be heard, well nothing really. We'll just sit in a boring session
together. But why do that when you could be the rockstar who shares
something we need to hear?

So do me a quick favor. Outline a persuasive presentation idea. If you don't
plan on leading it yourself, serve up some names we can go harass, and then
click on the link below to send that up to the boss. And please, if you know
of people or companies who would bring innovative ideas to the convention
this October, please share the link with them:

Can't wait to see you there!
