[NFBV-Announce] Starting with convention marketing

Hi Kinshuk with a carbon copy to Joe,

I am out of pocket for the next 2 days.

 

I don't know for certain if DBVI has yet distributed the fliers.

 

We need to start marketing the convention and we can't simply wait for
Monday. Can we start sending out messages over the weekend. There are only
17 days until the hotel cut off. Kinshuk now has access to post to NFBV
Announce.

You could distribute a flier in the body of a message one per day. 

 

Honestly, we could plan to send out a different message with a different
focus or program each day for 17 days.

 

We have a great agenda and I am collecting revisions to many program
descriptions but the agenda is in a good place.  I should be able to provide
you a preview on Sunday.

 

Please start up the convention marketing machine, at least to our members on
the announce list, to some partner organizations, and whoever makes sense.
