<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">As you may be aware, last Friday Governor Northam issued Executive Order #59 moving the May 5<sup>th</sup> General Election to May 19<sup>th</sup>.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">We are planning to open our polling places on Election Day, but are currently facing staffing issues as you may imagine. ADA accessible machines will be available in all
polling places as required by Federal law for voters who may need. We will limit he number of voters who come into the polling place to no more than four (4) at a time so as not to have more than 10 persons gathered in one location. We will practice “social
distancing” inside and outside of the polling place. We are continuing to encourage “Vote At Home” via absentee ballot. The deadline to request a ballot by mail is 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 12<sup>th</sup>.
