Thank you.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>From Mausam Mehta, Recording Secretary, National Federation of the Blind of Virginia<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><a href="mailto:mausam.mehta.nfb@gmail.com">mausam.mehta.nfb@gmail.com</a><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='text-indent:.5in'>Please find below and attached the Board Meeting Minutes from the 01/16/2021 meeting.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The meeting minutes from the November 1, 2020 business meeting were delivered by Mausam Mehta.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The minutes were approved.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Mark Roane delivered the Treasurer’s report, outlining the balance of the affiliate’s General Fund as $88,104.34<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Tracy announced that the contract with the outside fundraiser will be cancelled.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The treasurer’s report was approved.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Louise Walch delivered a BELL Academy update, in which she announced the participation of over 25 Virginia students in the 2020 program.
