<p>In case you hadn\u2019t heard\u2026the NFBV State Convention is next
week! YIKES! </p>
<p>And there is something exciting brewing in the slightly devilish
cauldron of mischief!<span> </span></p>
<div>It is THE SKELETON SCAMPER 50/50 RAFFLE!<span> </span></div><div>You\u2019ve heard of the Horse Race 50/50 Raffle, right? Well, this is THAT, but with a Halloween
twist!</div>
<p><b>Anyone can place a bet!</b><span> </span>You don\u2019t have to be attending the Convention
to bet on your favorite Skeletons!<span> </span>Just
contact them anytime before convention to place your bets, get that cash in
their bony skeleton hands, and you\u2019re in!<span>
</span>If you are a winner, we will make sure you receive your winnings!</p>
<p>Here\u2019s how it works:</p>
<p><span><span>1.<span style="font-style:normal;font-size-adjust:none;font-weight:normal;font-stretch:normal;font-size:7pt;line-height:normal;font-family:Times New Roman">
</span></span></span>There are 6 Scary Skeletons (Chapter Presidents
and Division Chairs) who are in training to run this hair-raising race
scheduled to take place at the NFBV Banquet, Saturday night!</p>
<p><span><span>2.<span style="font-style:normal;font-size-adjust:none;font-weight:normal;font-stretch:normal;font-size:7pt;line-height:normal;font-family:Times New Roman">
</span></span></span>They will be Scampering around at Convention,
frantically trying to collect as many bets as they can!</p>
<p><span><span>3.<span style="font-style:normal;font-size-adjust:none;font-weight:normal;font-stretch:normal;font-size:7pt;line-height:normal;font-family:Times New Roman">
</span></span></span>You can help by placing bets in abundance!<span> </span>Each bet is $5.00 which must be paid in cash
to the Scary Skeleton at the time of the bet, and all are encouraged to bet as
many shares as possible!<span> </span>Take lots of
cash!</p>
<p><span><span>4.<span style="font-style:normal;font-size-adjust:none;font-weight:normal;font-stretch:normal;font-size:7pt;line-height:normal;font-family:Times New Roman">
</span></span></span>This is a 50/50 Raffle, so sometime during our
banquet, these Scary Skeletons will line up for the big race!<span> </span>The winning Skeleton will be the one who
makes it to the finish line first and all those lucky souls who bet on that
Skeleton will win!</p>
<p><span><span>5.<span style="font-style:normal;font-size-adjust:none;font-weight:normal;font-stretch:normal;font-size:7pt;line-height:normal;font-family:Times New Roman">
</span></span></span>Half of the total winnings will go to the NFBV\u2019s
general fund to help where needed, and the other half will be divided up among
those who bet on the winning Skeleton, based on the amount they bet!<span> </span>So, if you bet more, you win more!<span> </span>EASY PEASY!</p>
<p><span><span>6.<span style="font-style:normal;font-size-adjust:none;font-weight:normal;font-stretch:normal;font-size:7pt;line-height:normal;font-family:Times New Roman">
</span></span></span>Did I mention, the winners will receive their
winnings immediately following the banquet! But, don\u2019t worry, you don\u2019t have to
be present to win!<span> </span>We will make sure you
receive your prize!</p>
