[NFBV-At-Large] Reminder no February At Large chapter meeting

A quick reminder that the At Large chapter will not hold a February
meeting.  Our next meeting will be the third Tuesday of March.  The
chapter is returning to Tuesday, but a week later due to a scheduling
conflict on the affiliate Zoom account.

The next chapter meeting will be Tuesday March 15, at 8,.
